Richard Savino, director of the acclaimed ensemble El Mundo, will be performing with vocalists, baroque guitars, theorbo, and percussion at two West Hawaii locations during November.

Richard Savino, director of the acclaimed ensemble El Mundo, will be performing with vocalists, baroque guitars, theorbo, and percussion at two West Hawaii locations during November.

The first performance will take place at 7 p.m. Nov. 11 at Kahilu Theatre followed by 7 p.m. Nov. 12 at Queen Emma Community Center in Kealakekua. Early Music Hawaii is privileged to bring this Grammy-nominated group to Kona for a concert featuring 17th and 18th century Spanish music.

Admission to the Kahilu Theatre concert is a suggested donation of $20. Tickets to the Kealakekua performance are $25 and $10 for students; they can be purchased at the door or online at www.earlymusichawaii.com.
