Kuuipo Taketa was last seen in Hilo on July 1. Police said she is Japanese/Filipino, stands 5-feet 2-inches tall and weighs 103 pounds. She has black hair, brown eyes, a fair complexion and slim build. She also has scars on her left forearm and both thighs.
Police ask anyone with information on her whereabouts to call the department’s nonemergency line at 935-3311.
