Hawaii Police looking for Kahekili Krause, 17, of Puna, who escaped from a Hawaii Youth Correctional Facility officer shortly before 4 p.m. Friday. At the time, he was being transported from Pahoa to Hilo International Airport in order to return him to the HYCF. He was last seen on Kanoelehua Avenue near Prince Kuhio Plaza.

Krause is described as being 6 feet tall, 145 pounds, with a thin build, having a tan complexion, medium length brown hair, and brown eyes. He is considered dangerous and should not be approached.
