George Kahakua, 35, of Hilo, is described as Caucasian, 5 feet,6 inches tall, weighing 160 pounds with brown eyes, dark brown hair, a tattoo on his back and a scar on his right hand.
Police ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to call the department’s nonemergency line at 935-3311.
