The Paniolo Parade and Hoolaulea was held in Waimea on Saturday.

Pau Princesses and their court representing the Hawaiian Islands rode down Mamalahoa Hwy adorned in flowers from their respective island and presenting Hookupu to the Royal Court who lead the parade. Schools, clubs, businesses and Halaus joined riding units from Church Row to Waimea Park where the Hoolaulea was brimming with food and craft vendors and a continuous entertainment line-up.

The Parade and Hoolaulea are part of Hawaii Island Festival, 30 Days of Aloha.
