Gregoria “Oyang” Domingo Della, 85, of Hilo died Aug. 13, 2015. Born in the Philippines, she was a retired fruit packer for Tropical Hawaiian Products and member of the Holy Rosary Church in Keaau.

She is survived by daughters, Marlen (Elpidio) Ulep of Keaau, Neda (Alvaro) Cabanting of Lanai; brother, Faustino Domingo of Keaau; sisters, Natividad Dait of Keaau, Consuela Domingo, Feliza Curdy and Maxima Domingo, all of Philippines; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Geraldine “Gerri” Ziats, 89, of Kailua-Kona died Aug. 14, 2015, at Hospice of Kona’s Nakamaru Hale. Born March 12, 1926, in Indianapolis, she was a homemaker and member of the Salvation Army Kona Corps Church.

Barney “Uncle B” Michael Santiago, 62, of Hilo, died Aug. 15, 2015, at Hilo Medical Center. Born March 4, 1953, in Kohala, he was a retired control operator for Hawaii Electric Light Co., former plant worker and truck driver for Hilo Coast Processing Co. and coach for Good Times Softball Team.
Friends may call at 5 p.m. Aug. 28 at Dodo Mortuary chapel in Hilo for a 6 p.m. service. A celebration of his life will be held at 11 a.m. on Aug. 29 at Richardson Beach Park. Family requests casual attire be worn.

LaVerne Healani Kealoha Ah Ching, 83, of Honokaa died Aug. 12, 2015, at home. Born May 26, 1932, on Kukaiau Ranch, she was homemaker and member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Honokaa Ward.
Friends may call at 8 a.m. Aug. 29 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Honokaa for an 11 a.m. service. Family requests aloha attire be worn. Flowers are optional. Private cremation will be held at a later date.
