The seventh annual Don the Beachcomber Mai Tai Festival was held Saturday at Royal Kona Resort.
The event featured the Battle of the BBQ competition among area restaurants and chefs, vendors and artisans displaying their products, Grammy-nominated musician Henry Kapono and his band performing and the Mai Tai Mix-off attracting more 20 bartenders and mai tai aficionados from many parts of the globe.
