Patricia Steve was last heard from Aug. 12, according to the Hawaii Police Department. She is described as Caucasian, 4-foot-11, 160 pounds with brown hair and a fair complexion.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts should call the department’s nonemergency line at 935-3311.
