Robert Henry Brockway Sr., 86, of Keaau died April 11, 2015, at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Madison, Conn., he was a retired home builder and a World War II Army veteran.
Friends may call at 9 a.m. April 28 at Pahoa Sacred Heart Catholic Church for a 10 a.m. Mass. Burial follows at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2 in Hilo. Family requests casual attire be worn and no flowers.
He is survived by wife, Olga Brockway of Keaau; sons, Robert Brockway Jr. of Las Vegas, David Brockway of Florida; daughter, Karen Ghen of Keaau; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

George Archuleta
George Archuleta, 88, of Pahoa died April 12, 2015, at his residence. Born March 16, 1927, in Taos, N.M., he was a superintendent for Ajax Forge in Vernon, Calif., an employee of the Sahara Hotel in Las Vegas and an Army veteran.
A graveside service will be held at noon May 1 at the Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Family requests casual attire be worn. Online condolences may be posted at homelanimemorialpark.com.
He is survived by sons, Lawrence Archuleta of Thailand, Richard (Victoria) Archuleta and Ralph (Lona) Archuleta, both of Pahoa; daughter, Mary (Michael) ThreeMoons-Rogge of Granite Bay, Calif.; brother, Gilbert Mendoza; 12 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

Michiko Pacheco, 85, of Hilo died April 5, 2015, at Life Care Center of Hilo. Born Nov. 19, 1929, in Osaka, Japan, she was a retired licensed practical nurse from Hilo Medical Center Extended Care Department and member of the Tenrikyo Hilo Church.
Friends may call at 4 p.m. May 1 at Dodo Mortuary chapel in Hilo for a 5 p.m. service. A graveside committal service and burial will be at 10 a.m. May 2 at Alae Cemetery Section J in Hilo. Family requests casual attire be worn.

Leo E. Lacey, 84, of Hilo died April 17, 2015, at Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home. Born Aug. 19, 1930, in Boston, he was a retired surveyor for the state of California.

Hiroshi Mashiyama, 81, of Hilo died March 16, 2015, at his residence. Born in Hilo, he was a retired electrical engineer for Navy Public Works and formerly with the state Highways Division.
