Libert Kuuipo Qalivere will be prohibited from driving for the rest of his life under a plea agreement reached with prosecutors. Under the deal, manslaughter charges are reduced to first-degree negligent homicide.
Qalivere pleaded no contest to the reduced charges Wednesday.
