Concepcion Villa
Concepcion Pertubal Villa, 59, of Pahala died March 13, 2015, at Hilo Medical Center. Born Dec. 8, 1955, in Murphy Quezon City, Philippines, she was a housekeeper for the Kilauea Military Camp in Volcano.
Friends may call at 5 p.m. March 26 at the family residence at 96-3115 Puahala St. in Pahala for an all-night vigil. Mass will be held at 9 a.m. March 27 at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hilo. Burial at 11 a.m. at Homelani Memorial Park (Ilima Section).
She is survived by husband, Teofilo Villa of Pahala; sons, Mark Villa of Pahala and Chris (Wendi Serrao) Villa of Volcano; daughter, LeeAnn Villa of Hilo, one grandchild, Hailey-Rayne Mulliken of Volcano; father, Luis Pertubal of Hilo; sister, Norma Diego of Hilo; brothers, Ceferino (Leticia Fabia) Pertubal of Pearl City, Oahu, Domingo (Mercela) Pertubal of Pahoa and Angelito (Rosalie) Pertubal of Honolulu; numerous nieces and nephews.

Selvino Tolentino
Selvino Tolentino, 86, of Keaau died March 14, 2015 at Hilo Medical Center. Born Feb. 9, 1929, in Cebu, Philippines, he was construction worker and member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hilo.
Friends may call at 10 a.m. on March 27 at Dodo Mortuary Chapel for an 11 a.m. service. Casual attire requested. Burial at Alae Cemetery at 12:30 p.m.
He is survived by daughter, Lecia (Ed) Simer of Vermont; sons, Allan (Jennifer) Viernes of Maine, Sidney (Lynn) Viernes of Kona, Sherman (Jean) Viernes of Hilo; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Eston Allinson
Eston “Al” Leroy Allinson, 83, of Honokaa died at his residence on March 17, 2015. Born in Oklahoma, he was a retired real estate agent.
Private services were held. Donations in memory of the Allinson may be made to North Hawaii Hospice, 65-1328 Kawaihae Road, Kamuela, HI 96743.
He is survived by wife, Dorothy Allinson of Honokaa; son, Kevin Allinson of Sunnyvale, Calif.; Sister, Virginia Ward of Oregon.

Valentine Kamelamela
Valentine “Val” Kamelamela, 61, of Hilo died March 10, 2015 at home. Born Feb. 14, 1954, in Hilo, he worked at the former Hilo Lanes (bowling alley) and was a member of the Hilo Jaycee Rooster Club.
A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
He is survived by sons, Wayne A. Naha-Kamelamela and Wayland A. (Nikole) Naha-Kamelamela of Hilo; daughter, Waydelynne L.P.A. Naha of Hilo; four grandchildren; brothers, Seth (Hauoli) Freeman and Matthew Kamelamela of Hilo; sisters, Veronica (Jimmy) Magno and Margaret Urabe of Hilo; four grandchildren; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
