Maurice Haggard
Maurice Jay Haggard, 58, of Kailua-Kona died Feb. 22, 2015, at Kona Community Hospital. Born Oct. 25, 1956, in Colorado Springs, Colo., he was a bartender for Huggo’s and On The Rocks.
A celebration of life will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 7 at Huggo’s. For information, call 329-1493, ext. 107.
He is survived by friends.

Olivia Martin
Olivia Martin, 94, of Mountain View died Feb. 15, 2015. Born in Mountain View, she was a homemaker.
Friends may call at 9 a.m. March 11 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hilo for a 10 a.m. Mass. Burial will follow at 11:30 a.m. at Homelani Memorial Park.
She is survived by sister, Annie Murphy of Illinois; two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren.

Daniel Hata
Daniel Tadashi Hata, 89, of Kurtistown died Feb. 22, 2015, at his home. Born March 14, 1925, in Puna, he was the owner of Hata Farm.
Private services were held. Family requests no monetary gifts or flowers.
He is survived by son, Owen (Doreen) Hata of Torrance, Calif.; daughters, Myrtle (Wayne) Yamashiro, Yvette (Darrell Miyashiro) Hata, both of Kurtistown, Katrina Emmanuel of Hawaiian Paradise Park, Lori Hata of Aiea, Oahu; sisters, Alice Kazue (Philip) Spencer of Aina Haina, Oahu, Seiko Grote of Kona; seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.

Akie Kajiyama
Akie Kajiyama, 96, of Pahala died Feb. 1, 2015. Born in Mountain View, she was a retired seamstress.

She is survived by sons, Norman Kajiyama and Bert (Grace) Kajiyama, both of Honolulu; daughter, Cheryl (Nilton) Matayoshi of Honolulu; brother, George (Michiko) Yokota of Pahala; sister, Toshie (Naoki) Takamura of Honolulu; three grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; numerous nieces and nephews.

Seiji Yonemori
Seiji Yonemori, 89, of Hilo died Feb. 7, 2015, at a private care home in Hilo. Born Aug. 15, 1925, in Hilo, he retired from the Constructors of Hawaii Co. as a carpenter, was a maintenance worker at the Department of Defense in Hilo and member of the Honpa Hongwanji Hilo Betsuin, Nohea Kumiai, Carpenter’s Union No. 745, and Carpenter’s Pension Club Unit 12.
Private services were held. Family requests no flowers or monetary gifts.
He is survived by wife, Misao Yonemori of Hilo; daughters, Donna (Raymond) Yonemori-Lara, Ann Koge, both of Hilo, Iris (John) Yonemori-Antal of Iowa; brother, Yukio (Elva) Yonemori of Kaneohe, Oahu; sisters, Fumiko Masuda, Yaeko Oshiro, Aiko Kawasaki, all of Honolulu; two grandchildren; numerous nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces and cousins.
