Hawaii Police Department detectives have arrested a 22-year-old Mountain View man in connection with a shooting that occurred on June 28 in the Eden Roc subdivision in Mountain View.
Hawaii Police Department detectives have arrested a 22-year-old Mountain View man in connection with a shooting that occurred on June 28 in the Eden Roc subdivision in Mountain View.
Nicholas Stertz was arrested at 10:15 a.m. today for attempted murder in the second degree. Stertz was subsequently released at 4:20 p.m., pending further investigation.
The incident involved a 30-year-old man with apparent gunshot wounds. At the time of this incident, the victim was treated and released from Hilo Medical Center.
Detectives from the Area I Criminal Investigations Section are continuing the investigation.
