HONOLULU — Officials on Hawaii’s Big Island will hold inaugural ceremonies for incoming members of the Hawaii County Council.
The ceremonies will be held at noon Monday at the Afook-Chinen Civic Auditorium in Hilo.
The Honorable Judge Ronald Ibarra will administer the oath of office to new council members. Mayor Billy Kenoi will be the keynote speaker.
The public is invited to attend the event.
