The Hawaii Department of Land and Natural Resources’ Division of Forestry and Wildlife has cancelled scheduled weekend hunts on the Big Island ahead of Tropical Storm Ana.

The Hawaii Department of Land and Natural Resources’ Division of Forestry and Wildlife has cancelled scheduled weekend hunts on the Big Island ahead of Tropical Storm Ana.

Puu Waa Waa feral goat and sheep hunt on Saturday and Sunday has been canceled. Special access cattle control hunt at Puu Oo on Saturday has also been canceled.

The department also canceled the mouflon sheep rifle hunt slated Saturday and Sunday on Lanai, as well as the black-tailed deer hunt slated for Saturday and Sunday on Kauai.
