Scarlett Bill
Scarlett O’Hara Bill, 74, of Kailua-Kona died Sept. 21, 2014, at Kona Community Hospital. Born Jan. 11, 1940, in New York, she was an entertainer in dance and singing, and she taught dance.
Friends may call at 9 a.m. Sept. 25 at West Hawaii Veterans Cemetery for a service.
She is survived by husband, Jim Bill of Kailua-Kona; son, Lancelot Bill-O’Hara of Kailua-Kona; daughter, Turandot (Jeffrey) Kaplan of Levittown, Penn.; brother, Charles (Sharon) O’Hara of Silverdale, Wash.; and one grandchild.

Jane Kise
Jane Tsurue Kise, 70, died Sept. 12, 2014. Born March 30, 1944, in North Kohala, she retired as a disability evaluation specialist for the the state of California.
Friends may call at 2 p.m. Sept. 28 at University Presbyterian Church in Fresno, Calif. for a service. Family requests aloha attire be worn. Donations may be made to the North Kohala Library in Kapaau.
She is survived by parents, Shintoku and Harue Kise of Hawaii, son, Craig (Jenni) Howells; daughter, Kaeti (Jeff) McMenomey; four grandchildren; sisters, Barbara Arguello, Cynthia Matsuda, nieces and nephews.
Philip Neal
Philip Bruce Neal, 64, of Hakalau died Sept. 8, 2014, at Pohai Malama. Born Dec. 14, 1949, in Wichita, Kan., he was a contractor and the co-proprietor of the former Art Mart on Alii Drive.

He is survived by spouse, Karin Novak-Neal of Hakalau; daughter, Ashleigh (Luke) Neal Margheim of Ninoole; brothers, John Neal of Ohio and Dan Neal of Colorado; numerous nieces and nephews.
Carmen Belledo
Carmen Villa Belledo, 90, of Pahala died Sept. 5, 2014, at Ka‘u Hospital. Born Jan. 24, 1924, in Ilocos Norte, Philippines, she retired from Ka‘u Sugar Company. She was also was a member of the former Pahala Methodist Church.
Private services were held.
She is survived by daughter, Jane (Leslie) Perry of Keaau; son, Jarry (Christine) Belledo of California; five grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

Edwin Baughman
Edwin Carlisle Baughman, 87, of Kailua-Kona died Sept. 1, 2014. Born in Virginia, he retired from the Hawaiian Electric Company as an electrical engineer.

He is survived by brothers, Davis Baughman of Pennsylvania, Mickey Baughman of Florida; sisters, Betty Thompson and Nalda Merrill, both of Virginia; numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.

Jean Leitch
Jean C. Leitch, 92, of Keauhou died Sept. 12, 2014, at her home. Born June 12, 1922, in Brooklyn, N.Y., she volunteered with Kona Community Hospital, Hawaii Island Humane Society, Hulihee Palace Gift Shop, Hawaii Island Food Bank and Kona Outdoor Circle Thrift Store.
A private service will be held.
She is survived by son, Peter Leitch of Ocean View; one grandson; two great-grandchildren.

Henry Kelley
Henry Bernard Kelley, 53, of Honalo, died on Sept. 11, 2014, at his home. Born May 23, 1961, in Rockville Center, N.Y., he was a multimedia artist, an events organizer and a novelist.
