TripAdvisor.com’s list touted the Big Island eateries’ use of locally sourced ingredients to create menu items like the “Big Island” burger and “Kahua Ranch Wagyu” burger. It also noted that restaurant-goers can also enjoy a fresh ahi or vegetarian burger.
“You really can taste the difference with fresh local beef. I am forever spoiled now that I know how a burger can taste,” one of the 195 reviews about the Waimea restaurant said on TripAdvisor.com.
