The northbound vehicle apparently veered off the highway in the vicinity of mile marker 105 around 3:40 p.m. and struck a utility that subsequently fell into the roadway, blocking both lanes. The road reopened to both directions of travel around 8 p.m. Friday.
No one was injured in the accident, according to police.
The road was closed about 4 p.m. and reopened to both directions of travel around 8 p.m.
