Edward Jones named to Hall of Fame
Hawaii Business magazine teamed up with the Best Companies Group of Harrisburg, Pa., to rank the state’s best employers. Sixty-five companies were named Best Places to Work in Hawaii 2014, divided into 10 large companies, 25 medium companies and 30 small-sized companies by the number of people they employ in Hawaii. Only top-three companies were ranked in each category.
The ranking was based on an employer inventory of practices and an anonymous survey of associates, who were asked to agree or disagree with dozens of statements about the firm, teamwork and their individual experience at the firm. In celebration of the Best Places to Work in Hawaii’s 10th anniversary, Edward Jones — one of only two companies named to the list all 10 years — was named to its Hall of Fame.
