A panel of judges selected “Frozen Windowpane Impressions” by Paul Hanis as the best ice sculpture during the annual Crystal Gallery of Ice at Town Square Park Sunday in Anchorage, Alaska. Ten two-man teams, three from China, took part in the event organized by the Anchorage Downtown Partnership. A dragon created by a Chinese team won the carver’s choice award.
