PROFESSIONAL CATEGORY – ENTREE DIVISION

1st place: Angela Kenyon, Beach Tree Restaurant sous chef at the Four Seasons Resort Hualalai, for the Kona coffee braised short ribs, smoked Kabocha pumpkin puree and roasted alii mushrooms

2nd place: Connor Butler, executive chef at Daylight Mind Coffee Co., for the Kona coffee chicken liver parfait

3rd place: Samuel Varron, cook at the Sheraton Kona Resort & Spa at Keauhou Bay, for the stuffed chicken Mousseline
