The National Weather Service in Honolulu has extended a flood advisory for the leeward side of the Big Island through 7:15 p.m.

 

The service said radar at 5:54 p.m. showed heavy rain near Milolii, which located about 29 miles south of Kailua-Kona. The area of rain was nearly stationary.
