Big Island police have located 7-year-old Alexander Kaiser who did not arrive at his Nani Kailua Drive-area home after catching a bus from Holualoa Elementary School. Police located the second-grader at 5:50 p.m. at a friend’s home in Kalaoa. He was in good health and has been reunited with his parents.
