Family Support Hawaii is seeking Secret Santas to help make its fifth annual Kalikimaka No Na Keiki (Christmas for the Children) campaign a success.
Becoming a Secret Santa is easy — a person can either “adopt” the children of a family or make a monetary donation. The organization’s team will do the rest.
Founded in 1979 by members of the community who were concerned about the life-long consequences of child abuse and neglect, Family Support Hawaii is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) agency that offers a multitude of programs that touch nearly every facet of family life on the Big Island. This past year, Family Support Hawaii provided direct support to more than 3,500 families through its programs.
For more information on how to make a difference in a child’s life this Christmas, contact Nora Judd at 989-2736 or doggle_99@hotmail.com or Barbara Millslagle at 896-0080 or bjmillslagle@hawaii.rr.com, no later than Dec. 1. All contributions are tax deductible.
