Firefighters found a body in an Hawaiian Ocean View Estates house that burned down late Monday evening.
Firefighters said Tuesday the person had not yet been identified. They discovered the body while battling a blaze in a 500-square-foot dwelling on Bamboo Lane. They responded to the fire at about 9 p.m. and had it extinguished at about 12:15 a.m.
Police officers secured the scene after the fire was extinguished.
