Emily Hartong finished with a match-high 12 kills Sunday night as the No. 6 University of Hawaii volleyball team coasted past Cal Riverside 25-7, 25-13, 25-15 at Stan Sherrif Center in Honolulu.
The Rainbow Wahine (13-1, 2-0 Big West Conference) had nine different players record kills.
Kaela Goodman posted a career-high six block assists and Ashley Kastl compiled six kills and a season-high 10 digs.
UH, which set a school record on Friday by allowing only five points in a set against Cal Fullerton, nearly duplicated it Sunday when it jumped out to an 11-1 lead in the first set.
Ashley Cox finished with nine kills and nine digs for the Highlanders (1-12, 0-1).
The Rainbow Wahine get set for their first Big West road trip of the season, playing Long Beach State on Friday and Cal Irvine a day later.
