Paula Marsh

Paula Jane Marsh, 66, of Captain Cook died Sept. 5, 2013, at Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu. Born Nov. 2, 1946, in Plentywood, Mont., she was a retired United Airlines flight attendant, a coffee farmer, a caregiver and a homemaker.

Private services will be held.

She is survived by husband, Craig Smith.

Frank Montizor

Frank Francisco Montizor, 85, of Kailua-Kona, died Sept. 1, 2013. Born Oct. 3, 1927, in Hilo he was retired from the Air Force.

Friends may call at 9 a.m. Sept. 21 at St. Michael’s Catholic Church for a 10 a.m. service. Burial will follow at West Hawaii Veterans Cemetery.

He is survived by sons, Mansfield (Pat) Montizor of Kailua-Kona; Franklin Montizor of Ramsonville, N.Y.; Victor (Jan) Gonsales of Hilo; 14 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.

Yaeko Ota

Yaeko Ota, 86, of Waimea died Sept. 9, 2013, at her residence. Born Nov. 20, 1926, in Hilo, she was a housewife and a member of Kamuela Hongwanji Mission.

Private services were held. Family requests no flowers or monetary offerings.

She is survived by daughters, Coreen (Steve) Koide of Waimea, and Cindy (Gary) Masuda of Honolulu; sister, Sumie (Jerry) Maesaka of Honolulu; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins.

Hillary Pheasant

Hillary Lynn Pheasant, 59, of Keaau died July 25, 2013, at her residence. Born in Massachusetts on May 13, 1954, she was a children’s art and play therapist.

Private services will be held. Condolences may be posted at homelanimemorialpark.com.

She is survived by daughter, Natalie Pheasant of Tennessee; mother, Arline Davis of Connecticut; sisters, Deborah Pheasant and Jean Pheasant Campbell both of Massachusetts; brother, Jeffrey Pheasant of Washington; stepsister, Jean Davis of Vermont; stepbrothers, Bruce Davis of Maine, and Glenn Davis of New Hampshire.
