Na Leo plans video production orientation

Na Leo O Hawaii Inc., the nonprofit corporation established to manage public, education and government cable access channels in Hawaii County, and to promote the creation of programming by and for the people of Hawaii Island, will host a free video production orientation from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at 74-5565 Luhia St., Kaiwi Square, Kailua-Kona. Masons meeting Wednesday

The Kona Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons meets Wednesday at the Kona Masonic Center, 73-5577 Kauhola St., No. 7, Kailua-Kona. Activities begin with dinner at 6 p.m. followed by the meeting at 7.

Greer graduates
from basic training

Air Force Airman 1st Class Cody D. Greer graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio.

The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness and basic warfare principles and skills.

Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

Greer is the son of Scott Greer of Hilo.
