Zackery “Zack” Thomas Keoke McGuire, 23, of Wailuku, Maui, died Aug. 11, 2013. Born Sept. 16, 1989 in Hilo, he was a driver for Maui Disposal and a pyrotechnician for Hawaii Explosives and Pyrotechnics and member of Hawaii Fitness System.
Friends may call at 3 p.m. Aug. 22 at Dodo Mortuary chapel for a 4 p.m. service. Cremation to follow. The family requests casual attire be worn.
He is survived by partner, Brittney Akahi-Kahahane of Maui; daughter, Kawailehua Akahi-McGuire of Maui; mother, Brashalle Figueroa Cahill of Papaikou; father, Erik Cahill of Oregon; brothers, Bryce McGuire of Maui and Joshua (Michelle) Figueroa of Hilo; sisters, Jessica (Gary) Muragin of Hilo, Ijeva (Angel) Martinez of Mountain View and Tammie Evangelista McGuire of Maui; grandmother, Carol Lee-Anguay of Papaikou; uncle, Robert Lee III of Keaau; eight nieces; three nephews; numerous cousins.

Patrick Wayne Agcalon, 36, of Glenwood, died Aug. 7, 2013, at Hilo Medical Center. He was born May 18, 1977, in Hilo.

Mauricia Saria Niverba, 88, of Keaau died Aug. 10, 2013, at Life Care Center of Hilo. Born in Cavite, Imus, Philippines, she was a retired factory worker at Tropical Hawaiian Products and member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pahoa.
Friends may call at 6 p.m. Aug. 23 at the church in Pahoa for a 7 p.m. service. A graveside service will take place at 10 a.m. Aug. 24 at Alae Cemetery. The family requests casual attire be worn.
She is survived by sons, Mamerto Niverba, Eduardo (Consuelo) Niverba, Honorio (Ningning) Niverba, and Amado (Jocelyn) Niverba Jr., all of the Philippines, Danilo (Adelaida) Niverba of Guam, and Gerardo (Almi) Niverba of Keaau; daughters, Maria (Ding) Corazon Cruz and Teresita Niverba of the Philippines, Elena Cafirma of California, Maria (Roberto) Ranan of Keaau; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Vicenta Marguerite “Margie” Miyamoto, 78, of Hilo and formerly of Pepeekeo, died Aug. 15, 2013, at her residence. Born in Hilo, she was a retired waitress for the former Paramount Grill and Sumida’s Restaurant and member of Hilo Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
Friends may call at 9 a.m. Aug. 24 at Dodo Mortuary chapel for a 10 a.m. service. Burial to follow at Alae Cemetery. The family requests casual attire.
She is survived by daughters, Wendy (Jimmy) Simpson of Nebraska, Janel (Jeff) De Castro and Cindy Morgado, both of Hilo, Raelene (Greg) Santos of Papaikou, and Lynn (Normann) Petersen of Pepeekeo; brother, Dionisio (Kris) Agbayani Jr. of California; sisters, Leonora Shigemi, Carlina (Wendell) Castro and Sue Hao, all of Hilo; 10 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
