In celebration of Emergency Medical Services Week, the Hawaii Fire Department is sponsoring its 13th annual EMS Family Fun Run/Walk, Keiki Fun Run, and Health Fair Saturday at Liliuokalani Park in Hilo. Events begin at 8:30 a.m.
In celebration of Emergency Medical Services Week, the Hawaii Fire Department is sponsoring its 13th annual EMS Family Fun Run/Walk, Keiki Fun Run, and Health Fair Saturday at Liliuokalani Park in Hilo. Events begin at 8:30 a.m.
Applications are available at Spencer Health and Fitness Center, the Fire Administration office at the County Building in Hilo, any district fire station, or by calling 932-2900. The entrance fee is $20 for adults; $10 for youth, students and seniors.
Other events and displays to continue throughout the day include blood pressure screening by The American Heart Association, cholesterol screening by Ululani Pharmacy, and fitness assessments administered by Keaau High School students.
