Wailoa Arts and Cultural Center will open “Collaborations,” a juried art exhibit, with a public reception from 5 to 7 p.m. today. The reception features an awards presentation at 5:30 p.m. and light refreshments.

Wailoa Arts and Cultural Center will open “Collaborations,” a juried art exhibit, with a public reception from 5 to 7 p.m. today. The reception features an awards presentation at 5:30 p.m. and light refreshments.

The exhibit in the Main Gallery features works created by two or more artists who have collaborated on individual entries ­— 50 entries by 63 artists are displayed.

Also on exhibit are SummerAi Program paintings created by more than 85 artists.

Wailoa Art and Cultural Center is a Division of State Parks, Department of Land and Natural Resources.

Admission is free and open to the public from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and from noon to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday.
