Zippy’s will officially open today at 10:30 a.m. with all of their traditional cuisine. The restaurant is also home to Napoleon’s Bakery counter which is filled with pies, cakes, malasadas and andagi among other baked goods. The restaurant has 140 seats and will also have seating available in the mall’s food court for its customers ordering from the fast-food counter. Initially the fast-food counter will be open from 5:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and the restaurant and bakery will be open 5:30 a.m. to midnight seven days a week. But beginning Aug. 30, the restaurant and bakery will be open 24 hours on Friday and Saturday, and 5:30 a.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday.
