Zippy’s will officially open today at 10:30 a.m. with all of their traditional cuisine. The restaurant has 140 seats and will also have seating available in the mall’s food court for its customers ordering from the fast-food counter. Initially the fast-food counter will be open from 5:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and the restaurant and bakery will be open 5:30 a.m. to midnight seven days a week. But beginning Aug. 30, the restaurant and bakery will be open 24 hours on Friday and Saturday, and 5:30 a.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday.
