The Learning Disabilities Association of Hawaii’s sixth annual Traveling Mini-Conference is coming from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Kona Outdoor Circle. The conference focuses on infants, toddlers and children entering kindergarten, who may be suspected of having a delay in development.
