Emory Houston Deason, 92, of Kailua-Kona died June 1, 2013, at his home. Born July 25, 1920, in Greenville, Ky., he was a World War II Army veteran and a retired production manager for Chrysler Motors in Trenton, Mich.
Military services will be held at 9 a.m. June 17 at West Hawaii Veterans Cemetery. Family requests that donations in his memory be made to Hospice of Kona, A Hui Hou Ministries or Meals on Wheels.
He is survived by nephew, John (Mary) Deason of Warren, Mich.; niece, Donna (Don) DuBrock of Louisville, Ky.
