Police are searching for a 22-year-old Alaska man who was reported missing.

Boaz D. Johnson of Petersburg, Alaska, last spoke to his family at noon Monday. He was reportedly in Puna, police said.

He is described as Caucasian, 5-foot-6 or 5-foot-7, 145 pounds with short brown hair and blue eyes.
