Highway 11 reopened near mile marker 20 in Volcano

Highway 11 near mile marker 20 in the Volcano area has reopened to both directions of travel this morning, according to the Hawaii Police Department.

The highway was closed around 8:30 p.m. Friday in the vicinity of the Hirano Store because a traffic accident. One lane reopened about 11 p.m.
