RevoluSun offers
Earth Day Challenge

The public is encouraged to show how green they can be by participating in RevoluSun’s Earth Day Challenge.

For years, the company has encouraged in-house team members to document themselves doing sustainable acts on Earth Day, like walking or riding a bike to work, recycling and reusing, composting, starting home gardens and picking up trash with their keiki. The “RevoluSunaries” in Honolulu and Kona document these initiatives via pictures and videos, and then upload them to RevoluSun’s Facebook page between April 22 to 26.

This year, RevoluSun invites the public to get involved by submitting their own sustainable activities on Earth Day. All submissions should be posted to RevoluSun’s Facebook page and then shared on their own personal page to count. The company will award prizes based on the number of Facebook “likes” these pictures and videos receive by May 1 at: facebook.com/RevoluSun?fref=ts/Hawaii offices.

RevoluSun will give out a backpack equipped with a solar panel. The most “liked” action by the public and the most “liked” action by a RevoluSun staffer in Hawaii will win.

RevoluSun also conducts its challenge at its Burlington and Newton, Mass., sites.
