Eat to Live introductory seminar Saturday

Eat to Live introductory seminar Saturday

Everyday Health presents an introductory seminar for Joel Fuhrman’s “Eat to Live,” led by nutritional education trainer Chris McLaughlin, from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday at Island Naturals in Kailua-Kona. The Eat to Live program has helped people lose weight and reverse diseases.

Participants will learn why diets don’t work and why the American diet leaves them starving. The health program, centered on a plant-based, nutrient-rich diet, has been “clinically documented” to reverse various diseases including heart disease and Type 2 diabetes.

The cost is $25, payable by cash or check. Call early to reserve a seat; space is limited. Do not park in the Island Naturals parking lot. For more information, contact McLaughlin at (509) 951-5557 or by email, EveryDayDevotion@msn.com.
