Alexander Hill Jr.

Alexander H. Hill Jr., 72, of Waimea died March 27, 2013, in Honolulu. Born in Hilo, he was an electrical maintenance foreman for Liberty House.

Friends may call at 5 p.m. April 25 at Borthwick Mortuary Mauka Chapel in Honolulu for a 6 p.m. service. Friends may also call at 8:30 a.m. April 25 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Hilo for a 10 a.m. Mass. Family requests aloha attire be worn and no flowers.

He is survived by wife, Lucille Hill of Hilo; son, William Salvador Jr. of Las Vegas; daughters, Tamra (Wallace) Kahapea of Hilo, Scarlet Aviles of Honolulu; brother, Clem Bento of Hilo; sisters, Celestine Barnes, Patricia Rice and Verna Mae Chartrand, all of Hilo; 11 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
