Sandra “Sandy” Ruth Teer, 65, of Hilo, died April 5, 2013, at Hilo Medical Center. Born Dec. 20, 1947, in Hilo, she was a retired assistant manager for the former Western Auto and member of the Berean Bible Church and its Bible study group.

Friends may call at 9 a.m. April 20 at Berean Bible Church, Hilo, for a 10 a.m. service. Fellowship follows. The family requests casual attire be worn.
She is survived by husband, Seymour Teer, of Hilo; sons, Wayne Lee Jr., Sean Lee, both of Hilo; daughter, Grace (Ernest) Aguiar, of Hilo; sisters, Catherine (Tom) Burns, of Kona, Lucille (Steven) Okano, of Honomu; brother, Mitchell Bautista, of Honomu; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
