Richard Lawrence Chadwick, 79, of Kalapana died April 7, 2013, at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Denver, he was a retired communications manager with United Airlines.
Friends may call at noon April 13 at the Chadwick residence in Kalapana Shores West for a memorial service. Family requests casual attire be worn.
He is survived by wife, Donna Chadwick of Kalapana; eaughter, Kate Chadwick of Dunsmuir, Calif.; sons, Daren (Janinne) Chadwick of Ben Lomod, Calif., Damon (Erin) Chadwick of San Francisco; four grandchildren; one cousin.
