This Saturday, the 32nd annual Mac-A-Thon will take place at 7 a.m. in Honaunau. The 5K and 10K race courses are on the old government road that extends from Honaunau Bay to Napoopoo Road. An awards ceremony, mac-nut pancake breakfast (included in race entry), entertainment and an auction will follow the race.

Race day registration, now $40, will close at 6:30 a.m.

Hope to see you all out there. Until next time, happy training.
