Robert Kealamakia

Robert “Bobby” Kealamakia, 78, of Ocean View died March 15, 2013, at Kona Community Hospital. Born Aug. 24, 1934, in Honaunau, he was a security guard at Kona Village Resort and member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Keei and Ka‘u wards.

Friends may call at 8 a.m. March 30 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 75-230 Kalani St. in Kailua-Kona, for a 10 a.m. service. Burial follows at West Hawaii Veterans Cemetery. Family requests casual attire be worn.

He is survived by wife, Kahana Kealamakia of Ocean View; daughter, Kaiulani Kealamakia of Ocean View; brothers, Thomas (Daylene) Kealamakia and Dean Kealamakia, both of Utah; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
