The Hawaii Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 36-year-old Puna man.

The Hawaii Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a 36-year-old Puna man.

Chad Chun was last seen in the area of 15-1402 11th Avenue, Hawaiian Paradise Park around 10 a.m. Saturday, police said.

Chun is 6-feet tall, weighing about 160 pounds, with medium-length black hair in a pony tail and was last seen wearing camouflage pants and a blue jacket.

He has a medical condition requiring medication, police said.

Anyone with information on Chun’s whereabouts should call the Police Department’s nonemergency line at 935-3311.

Those who prefer to remain anonymous may call Crime Stoppers at 329-8181 in Kona or 961-8300 in Hilo and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
