Annie A. Leorna, 83, of Hilo died Jan. 17, 2013, at Hilo Medical Center. Born Nov. 12, 1929, in South Kona-Hoopuloa, she was a retired hotel industry worker.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.

She is survived by companion, James Kuluwaimaka of Hilo; daughter, Debra Silva of Hilo; sons, John (Charlotte) Aiona of Waianae, Oahu, Leonard Aiona of Aiea, Oahu, Sebastian (Susan) Leorna of Camino Island, Wash., David (June) Leorna and Alan Leorna, both of Kailua-Kona, Alvin (Kristen) Leorna of Standwood, Wash., Perry (Lisa) Leorna of Riverside, Calif., Mark (Gretchen) Leorna and Troy (Chanelle) Leorna, both of Seattle, Paul (Erin) Leorna of Spanaway, Wash.; 28 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
