A Dream Come True foundation, set up by former county firefighters Nelson Tsuji and Lawrence Balberde, served ice cream Saturday at KTA-Keauhou. February has been proclaimed by Mayor Billy Kenoi as A Dream Come True Month in Hawaii County.
