Ellen Lei Roy, 73, of Kailua-Kona died Feb. 13, 2013. Born Aug. 1, 1939, in Hilo, she worked as a housekeeper for Thurston’s Estates.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
She is survived by sons, Charles Roy and Olney Roy, both of Kailua-Kona; daughter, Lori Batino of Hilo; brothers, Clinton (Shelly) Naungayan of Hilo, Benjamin Naungayan of Pahoa; sister, Florence Aiona of Opihikao; a grandchild.
