Ryan David Whisler, 40, of Kailua-Kona died Dec. 29, 2012, at Kona Community Hospital. Born Oct. 12, 1972, in Grand Forks Air Force Base, N.D., he was disabled.
Memorial services were held in Centralia, Wash.
He is survived by father, David (Elaine) Whisler of Clearwater, Fla.; mother, Diane Whisler of Centralia, Wash; sister, Dawn Whisler of Clearwater, Fla.; paternal grandmother, Evelyn Whisler of Centralia, Wash.; maternal grandmother, Rosalie Graef of Seattle; numerous aunt, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
