John Aldaya
John Aldaya, 72, of Pahala, died Feb. 2, 2013, at home. Born Oct. 13, 1940, in Pahala, he was a retired custodian for Kahakai Elementary School and member of the Jehovah’s Witnesses Naalehu Congregation.
Friends may call at 12:30 p.m. Feb. 23 at Punaluu Beach Park, Pavilion No. 1 for a service. Family requests casual attire and no flowers.
He is survived by wife, Mildred Aldaya of Pahala; daughter, Sarai (Ezra) Keohuloa of Pahala; sister, Dorothy Aldaya of Kailua-Kona; five grandchildren; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
